All initial contact of prospective candidates will be made by Senior Partners who will personally conduct all candidate screening and development.

PROGRESS CALLS
Bi-weekly update calls regarding our progress. We will send to you an electronic grid, with embedded resumes of individuals under consideration.

CANDIDATE PRESENTATION AND FIRST ROUND INTERVIEWS
A meeting with key stakeholders to present candidates we are recommending. Select a manageable number (4-6) of candidates who will interview. We will coordinate all scheduling and travel arrangements for the candidates.

REFERENCES AND BACKGROUND CHECKS
We will verify references provided by the candidates and we will also contact references from our network.

FINAL INTERVIEWS
We recommend you bring the 2 finalists back on-site for an extended series of interviews with the key stakeholders.

OFFER PREPARATION AND PRESENTATION TO FINALIST
We will work with you to establish a competitive compensation package and provide you with a detailed breakdown of each candidate’s current compensation and expectations. We will assist you with the presentation of the offer to the finalist and assist in negotiations.
